As a leadership coach, healthcare leader, author, and pageant aficionado, I’ve worked across boardrooms, stages, and communities, but no matter the setting, my mission remains the same: to empower ambitious women to lead with confidence, live with clarity, and reign with purpose.
I created the REIGNWell Institute because I saw a gap in how women were being developed—taught to hustle, but not to reign. Called to lead, but without tools for resilience. Told to succeed, but not shown how to stay rooted in who they truly are. That ends here!!
Through REIGNWell, I equip women with frameworks, mentorship, and transformational strategy that help them become who they were created to be—bold, impactful, legacy-driven leaders.
At the heart of my work is the REIGN Method™, a five-pillar framework I developed after decades of coaching women navigating change, competition, and calling. It’s not just theory, it’s transformation in action. And it’s helped titleholders, executives, founders, and visionaries step fully into their next level.
I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and have spent 20+ years leading transformational change in complex systems, including healthcare, government, and technology. But it’s in the lives of the women I serve who said yes to more, that I find the greatest impact.

Through my work with The Dream Academy, scholarship funding, and partnerships with organizations like Girls Inc., AFSP, and MAKERS Women, I’ve helped ignite the potential of over 1,000 girls and invested more than $250,000 into their futures. I use my platform, resources, and influence to create spaces where girls don’t just dream big—they become big.

I don’t just develop leaders—I activate them. Through the REIGNWell Institute, keynote speaking, and high-touch coaching, I work with women who are ready to step into their next level of influence.
