Meet Dr. Kennedy Garcia
Dr. Kennedy Garcia, PhD, is the founder of the REIGNWell Institute, home of Dreams Take Root. She is a leadership strategist, international speaker, and Stanford graduate with a doctorate in Organizational Behavior and over two decades of experience in organizational transformation, health policy, leadership development, and strategic planning across healthcare, technology, and consulting.
Dr. Garcia has walked alongside hundreds of young women through their college journeys, including the road to law school and medical school. Many of them have gone on to build successful careers and businesses of their own under her mentorship.
Her work has earned the Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House and an honor from the State of California Senate for her commitment to service. She champions women and girls through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and mental health access for college students and foster youth.
