Kennedy Garcia, PhD.
Internationally, Dr. Kennedy Hill-Garcia is known as the "Spiritual Boss Chick," a highly sought after motivational speaker, brand creator, 7X pageant titleholder and leadership coach that can be found on numerous stages, podcasts and television networks helping women and girls reach their full potential and fiercely crush opportunities beyond what they once thought possible in pageantry, business and life. Whether working with titleholders in the Miss Universe Organization, college students, entrepreneurs or c-suite executives, Kennedy is on a personal mission to advance equity and create fierce female leaders that shatter ceilings and transform the world.
Kennedy is a Stanford graduate and accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in organizational transformation, health policy, leadership development and strategic planning across Healthcare, Technology, Pageantry and Consulting industries where she has been dubbed "The Queen of Transformation" by those who work with her.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Kennedy is a dedicated philanthropist, writer and advocate that has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House and honored by the State of California Senate for her commitment to service. She focuses on advancing equity for disenfranchised, vulnerable and underserved populations by empowering women and girls through mentorship, promoting mental health access for college students and foster youth, creating leadership opportunities for women, providing resources to the unhoused and funding scholarships for graduating high school seniors attending 4yr universities. Kennedy is an innovative champion of change that continually looks for ways to expand her impact. In 2023 alone she launched her second app; REIGN, which is specifically designed to equip females to cultivate leadership capabilities from their fingertips and published the mini-workbook, “Unleash Your Breakthrough Year” for women and girls to have roadmap to cultivating success.
