  • QUICK ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY: This membership does not require a prior coaching "assessment & acceptance" therefore you will be able to login to the portal and join the next scheduled group session immediately. 
  • ACCESS TO (1) BONUS 45 MINUTE ASSESSMENT CALL: This call is done before our first actual coaching sessions begin. I want to know you before we get started. 
  • MONTHLY GROUP SESSIONS: As long as you're a current member you can participate in a 45 minute group coaching sessions every month. Each session is focused on empowering you to continue moving forward and partnering together to remove obstacles in your way.
  • (1) 45 MINUTE QUARTERLY 1:1 SESSION: Every session is used to co-create your secret sauce to leading, winning & reigning. I will work alongside you to not just audit and provide feedback but to do some of the heavy lifting! After your initial assessment we will draft a plan specific to your goals & development needs which will become the focus of how our time is utilized.
